wrtfile – Write TeX files from a TeX document
Wrtfile is a means of creating self-extracting distributions in TeX files; it is similar in conception to the LaTeX docstrip mechanism, but is somewhat more efficient. Wrtfile is (of course) distributed using its own mechanisms.
