pdcmac – Damian Cugley's document tools
PDCMAC is collection of macros which may be useful for setting documents using plain TeX. This package is much less powerful than LaTeX; it is designed as a simpler solution to simpler requirements. Because it is less complex, the macro code should be more readily adapted by other TeX hackers.
