information about this magic place

steinmetz – Print Steinmetz notation
The steinmetz package provides a command for typesetting complex
numbers in the Steinmetz notation used in electrotechnics as:
<modulus>;<argument or phase inside an angle symbol>
The package makes use of pict2e.
