It's been tested specifically with TeXLive on Linux (2.6.2 kernel). liturg is intended to provide a set of basic macros for typesetting Catholic liturgical texts. It should be suitable for both the old and new liturgies; however, it was designed with the old liturgy specifically in mind.

liturg – Support for typesetting Catholic liturgical texts
The packages offers simple macros for typesetting Catholic liturgical texts, particularly Missal and Breviary texts.
The package assumes availability of Latin typesetting packages.
