This is formular package (c) 2001 by Hans-Christoph Wirth The package contains some macros which are helpful to typeset forms containing fields which are intended to be filled manually or using TeX. Installation: This archive comes with ready-to-use files. 1. Copy formular.sty to a directory within the LaTeX search path. 2. formular – Create forms containing field for manual entry
When typesetting forms there often arises the need for defining fields which consist of one or more lines where the customer can write something down manually. This package offers some commands for defining such fields in a distinctive way.
