The EPIGRAPH package
The epigraph package is designed for typesetting epigraphs — the pithy quotations often found at the start (or end) of a chapter. Both single epigraphs and lists of epigraphs are catered for. Various aspects are easily configurable.

Installation
To install the package:
- run: latex epigraph.ins (which will generate epigraph.sty)
- Move epigraph.sty to a location where LaTeX will find it (typically in a local texmf tree at tex/latex/) and refresh the file database. See the FAQ on CTAN at help/uk-tex-faq or http://www.tug.ac.uk/faq for more information on this.

- run: makeindex -s gind.ist epigraph
