README
---------------------------------------------------------------- The csvmerge package ==================== This package is designed to take a bit of TeX code such as a letter or a line on a table and produce multiple copies of it with parts of it filled in from a csv spreadsheet file. It is useful for mail merges and making tables. It requires minimal configuration of the csv file and is designed for easy merging with the TeX code. Run `csvmerge.ins' through LaTeX to produce csvmerge.sty. Run `csvmerge.dtx' through LaTeX to produce the documentation. csvmerge – Merge TeX code with csv data
This package provides macros for processing a csv spreadsheet file with a minimum of configuration for the csv file. The first row names the columns and the remaining rows are data. This data can be merged with TeX code residing in an auxiliary file and the process repeated for each data row. There is one macro to set things up, one to extract the data, and one to tell if the field is empty or not. The documentation contains examples.
