zaccone – Different configuration for different captions

A LaTeX 2.09 package to provide different caption formats according to the float they are in. The package defines formats for figure and table captions (with the table captions arranged to sit above the table); however the author’s intention was (apparently) that the user should edit the package to set up their own formatting.
