luatex-pkg – Basic definitions for LuaTeX

Heiko Oberdiek’s luatex package was influential in setting up initial support for LuaTeX in LaTeX, however the functionality was merged many years ago into luatexbase and from there into ltluatex, and so included by default into the format, or into separately distributed packages luatexbase and ctablestack.

The original code is not supported in current LuaTeX and not included in any other package in TeX Live if used with a LuaTeX later than 0.80, so is no longer distributed in this release.
