dmhgener – Equation, figure (etc.) numbering and referencing

The file provides a set of macros for numbering equations, figures and tables, and also a method for citing these objects and for citing things in separate documents. All references are numbered per chapter, and a chapter command is provided that deals with the chapter number. (Section and subsection commands are also provided, but with no provision for numbering.)
