fixmetodonotes is a LaTeX package to highlight and manage FIXME and TODO annotations. It offers commands like \FIXME, \TODO and \CITE. It is also possible to create new annotation commands (for example \CHECK). The list of pending notes, together with links to their pages, can be show using the command \listofnote.

fixmetodonotes – Add notes on document development
The package provides tools to highlight FIXME and TODO annotations.
The command \listofnotes prints a list of outstanding notes, with links to the pages on which they appear.
