"association-matrix" package initial release to CTAN. The "association-matrix" package allows generation of an association matrix, as follows, from a simple set of row-element and column-element definitions. By defining that "R" and "S" are rows and "P" and "Q" are columns and that R-P and S-Q are associated, the following table is auto-generated: \amxrow{r}{R} \amxrow{s}{S} \amxcol{p}{P} \amxcol{q}{Q} \amxassociate{q}{s} \amxassociate{p}{r} \amxgenerate | | P | Q | | R | • | | | S | | • | The package supports highlighting a particular row's elements (e.g. at the end of the related section/chapter). Individual rendering elements are customisable. This package makes it easy to typeset such tables even if modifications to the table are needed while working on the document, without having to manually implement (and copy-paste, and keep in sync) the order of association blips (•) and highlighting logic.

association-matrix – LaTeX support for creating association matrices
This package allows the creation of association matrices in an clear and concise fashion, without having to deal with manually generating and modifying the tables while working. All you have to do is define the rows and the columns by their unique identifier, and then specify which cells should be marked as associated. Then, the \amxgenerate command generates a table that shows in the cells with a blip (•) where the association was added.
The package depends on etoolbox, forloop, ifthen, textcomp, and xparse.
