`changelog` has been reimplemented in expl3/l3kernel syntax and several new customization points have been added. Custom changelog sections can now be added with `\newchangelogsection` and extra "YANKED"-like remarks can be added with the `version` environment's new `remark` and `remarks` keys.

This package provides a changelog environment (which itself provides a version environment) to represent a changelog. The package supports multiple authors, unreleased changes, and yanked (revoked) releases.
