In previous releases the rules on key names were inconsistent, with explicit par-tokens supported in some places and leading to low level errors in others. In this release this is unified to allow explicit par-tokens in key names everywhere. They are not supported in set names. Also ConTeXt support was added (but not thoroughly tested).
