I recognize that the update of mdframed in TeX Live is wrong and the package doesn't show any more. I changed the dtx to fix this bug. - fixes bug with parskip

mdframed – Framed environments that can split at page boundaries
The package develops the facilities of framed in providing breakable framed and coloured boxes.
The user may instruct the package to perform its operations using default LaTeX commands, PStricks or TikZ.
