There are a number of improvements for the Turabian LaTeX class. Many of the proprietary commands have been eliminated and the class now allows for greater flexibility using LaTeX. In addition, the class no longer requires the use of the enclosed template, but merely presents it as a guide for formatting based on the 8th edition of the Turabian style guide.

turabian – Create Turabian-formatted material using LaTeX
The bundle provides a class file and a template for creating Turabian-formatted projects. The class file supports citation formatting conforming to the Turabian 8th Edition style guide.
