New options have been added thanks to Mr. van Dongen's suggestions: english now replaces long, and french, nederlands, deutsch are implemented as translations of `Turn the page.' in French, Dutch, and German.

turnthepage – Provide "turn page" instructions
The package prints a ‘turn’ instruction at the bottom of odd-numbered pages (except the last). This is a common convention for examination papers and the like.
