Fixes: - Updated the `declaration` string for the Faculty of Education at the Masaryk University in Brno. - Fixed wrong casing in the Slovak locale files. - Removed an extra `\vskip` in the style files for the Masaryk University in Brno. - Made `\emph` use the italic rather than slanted type face. - Updated the copyright year. Development: - Added a LaTeXMk configuration file for the examples for the Masaryk University in Brno. - Added an explicit `twoside` option to the examples for the Masaryk University in Brno.
