An updates to the plain TeX tugboat-plain package, now v1.31 2024-10-26. The only notable change is the addition of simple macros to make hyperlinks: \tbsurl, \tburl, \tbmailto, and \tbhref. Only pdfTeX is supported, until there's a need for other engines. Please see https://tug.org/TUGboat for deadlines, author info, an archive of all issues, and everything else relating to TUGboat. Suggestions and bug reports are always welcome. And please submit articles for the next issue!

tugboat-plain – Plain TeX macros for TUGboat
The macros defined in this directory (in files tugboat.sty and tugboat.cmn) are used in papers written in Plain TeX for publication in TUGboat.
