"BSR2dvi" beta upload

On Fri, 20 Sep 2002 Laurent Siebenmann uploaded an update for the package
BSR2dvi.
Thanks for the update, I installed it, leaving the alpha version in place,
as requested.

BSR2dvi – Convert a TeXtures working file to DVI
Produces a portable DVI file (modulo \special commands) which may be used with any standard DVI processor.
The program apparently runs on MacOS 9 (or possibly earlier).
