Touched-up package lazylist on ctan
Date: July 26, 2003 8:46:33 AM CEST
i've just installed lazylist on ctan, in macros/latex/contrib/lazylist
this package, formerly known as lambda (by Alan Jeffrey), has been
renamed, with the author's agreement, to avoid conflict with the
upstart omega "lambda" (which is believed to have a greater momentum).
the package does "lists in tex's mouth", and provides a bunch of
lambda-calculus and list handling macros.
the licence is lppl (again changed with alan's permission).

lazylist – Lists in TeX’s “mouth”
The package was developed to provide flexible lists, whose ordering can be altered on the fly.
The implementation involves a pile of lambda-calculus and list-handling macros of an incredibly obtuse nature. The TUGboat paper serves as a manual for the macros.
Having said all of which, confidence is enhanced by the knowledge that the TeX code was formally verified.
