Updated version of tugboat macros on ctan

i have just installed my latest working version of the tugboat macros
on ctan at macros/latex/contrib/supported/tugboat
there are significant changes between this version, and the one
previously on ctan: potential writers of tugboat (or tug conference
proceedings) papers are urged to update their macro files.

tugboat – LaTeX macros for TUGboat articles
Provides ltugboat.cls for both regular and proceedings issues of the TUGboat journal.
Also provides a BibTeX style, tugboat.bst.
