An update to the LaTeX package for TUGboat, now v2.33 2024-10-26. User-visible or otherwise noteworthy changes: ltugboat.cls: - make \WEB, \Xe, \cents, others more tag-friendly. - new abbreviation \HTTPS. - use \hfil instead of \hss in toc, to avoid silently overfull entries. tugboat.bst: - new entry type @webpage. - howpublished not omitted when doi or url is present. - new editor field nojournalcomma. Substantial rearrangement and updating of documentation. Please see https://tug.org/TUGboat for deadlines, author info, an archive of all issues, and everything else relating to TUGboat. Suggestions and bug reports are always welcome. And please submit articles for the next issue!

tugboat – LaTeX macros for TUGboat articles
Provides ltugboat.cls for both regular and proceedings issues of the TUGboat journal.
Also provides a BibTeX style, tugboat.bst.
