The patterns are suitable for the LGR encoding ("cb" -- "babel" -- and "kd" fonts). They can be easily converted for use with the "ibycus" fonts (look for the "ibycus-babel" package in CTAN), or with Omega/Lambda (look for the "antomega" package in CTAN).
