This update fixes a bug that entered with the last revision. It caused the comma separating options in the docstrip batch file to be in the wrong location when external language files were added.

custom-bib – Customised BibTeX styles
Package generating customized BibTeX bibliography styles from a generic file using docstrip driven by parameters generated by a menu application. Includes support for the Harvard style of citations.
