The distribution mbboard defines new blackboard bold fonts intended to be
used with TeX both in text or math mode. This distribution has only version
number 0.4. but is quite stable.

mbboard – Comprehensive blackboard bold fonts
The distribution mbboard defines blackboard bold fonts for use with TeX either in text or maths mode; the fonts are specified in METAFONT. The fonts cover upper and lower case roman letters (including ligatures), digits, and several maths-greek and hebrew letters.
