The coordsys package provides commands for typesetting
number lines (coordinate axes) and coordinate systems
in the picture environment.
The logsys package extends the coordsys package by
providing logarithmic, semi-logarithmic, and
double-logarithmic coordinate systems and grids.
This version correct an error in the logarithmic grids
and improves flexibility.

coordsys – Draw cartesian coordinate systems
The package provides commands for typesetting number lines (coordinate axes), coordinate systems and grids in the picture environment.
The package may be integrated with other drawing mechanisms: the documentation shows examples of drawing graphs (coordinate tables created by Maple), using the eepic package's drawing capabilities.
