Announcement text given by the package's contributor:
Version 0.3 of the exteps module. I have now included all of the features that I (for now) think is sufficient to use the module for all purposes. This release includes a perl script to use when handling large EPS files (Yeah, I know -- some of the idea of this module is lost by this, but it's only for /very large/ EPS files).
See this package at http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/graphics/metapost/contrib/macros/exteps/ . You may get a better network connection by using a CTAN mirror near to you; see http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/README.mirrors . Our service is supported by the TeX Users Group http://www.tug.org . exteps – Include EPS figures in METAPOST
Exteps is a module for including external EPS figures into METAPOST figures. It is written entirely in METAPOST, and does not therefore require any post processing of the METAPOST output.
