Romano Giannetti submitted an update to the CircuiTikZ package. Version: 1.3.8 2021-06-15 License: lppl gpl Summary description: Draw electrical networks with TikZ Announcement text:
The big news of this release is the ability to selectively draw the pins of the integrated circuit and mux-demuxes symbols. - Add `draw only pins` feature to `dipchip` and `qfpchip`, thanks to Jonathan P. Spratte, and a similar option to control the pins of `muxdemux` - Make `dipchip` and `qfpchip` respect `no input leads` option - Several corrections to the manual
The package’s Catalogue entry can be viewed at https://ctan.org/pkg/circuitikz The package’s files themselves can be inspected at https://mirrors.ctan.org/graphics/pgf/contrib/circuitikz/

CircuiTikZ – Draw electrical networks with TikZ

The package provides a set of macros for naturally typesetting electrical and (somewhat less naturally, perhaps) electronic networks.

It is designed as a tool that is easy to use, with a lean syntax, native to , and directly supporting PDF output format. It has therefore been based on the very impressive PGF/TikZ package.
