Update to the graphics-def collection of files implementing options for color and graphics packages. Make natwidth and natheight keys give errors in pdftex and luatex (where they have never done anything useful, the system always uses the actual image dimensions as the size to use before scaling is applied) Several updates to the dvisvgm.def file (pull requests supplied by Alexander Grahn)

graphics-def – Colour and graphics option files
This bundle is a combined distribution consisting of dvips.def, pdftex.def, luatex.def, xetex.def, dvipdfmx.def, and dvisvgm.def driver option files for the LaTeX graphics and color packages.
It is hoped that by combining their source repositories at https://github.com/latex3/graphics-def it will be easier to coordinate updates.
