update/fix experimental XeTeX/LuaTeX support. composite definitions starting with standard accent cmds bugfix: wrong breathings psilioxia -> dasiaoxia The file "lgrenc.def.txt" is removed on purpose: No information is lost, as lgrenc.def is a "literate source" containing code + documentation (see also README).
