Summary description: Chemistry styles for biblatex
License type: lppl
Announcement text:
The biblatex-chem bundle is a set of experiment styles to allow chemists to use biblatex. The bundle is highly experimental, and in this first "marker" release only the formatting of journal articles has been addressed. The journals covered are: - all ACS journals; - RSC journals using standard (Chem. Commun.) style; - Wiley journals uses Angew. Chem. style. At this stage, feedback in all areas is sought. Is the journal coverage sufficient? Is the naming scheme logical? Are the styles correct, as far as they go? What are the priorities for other record types to handle, and how should the extra data available from biblatex be handled? Updates are likely to be relatively frequent, as new record types are added. The next area to address is books and entries in book, followed by URLs and "in press" articles.
This package is located at http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/exptl/biblatex-contrib/biblatex-chem . More information is at http://tug.ctan.org/pkg/biblatex-chem (if the package is new it may take a day for that information to appear). We are supported by the TeX Users Group http://www.tug.org .
